Are you a supply teacher and returning to teach in the UK?

As educators you will be aware of the complex experiences pupils and adults may have faced during lockdown. With this comes challenges schools will face when pupils return, underscoring the need for patience, flexibility and support in order to manage the transition with as much ease as possible. Although we have limited experience in responding to a situation of this magnitude, the need for pastoral support, safeguarding and wellbeing will be high.
