Job Title: KS2 LSA

Location: Fulham

Contract Type: Full-time, fixed term contract until July 2024

Salary: £96.90 to £108.30 p/day

About the school:

anzuk is collaborating with a Primary school in Fulham to find a full-time KS2 LSA to join them in April 2024. The school is a two-from entry Catholic school and forms a cluster of schools with two other local primary schools. It is a welcoming and supportive working environment with regular professional development opportunities. 

KS2 LSA Job Description:

  • Working with two students with SEN on a 1:1 basis – one in the morning and one in the afternoon
  • Provide support to one student in Year 4 with ASD and ADHD – helping to regulate their emotions and reflect on behaviour when they have been disregulated 
  • Work in collaboration with the team around the children to provide the highest level of care for both students

The Ideal KS2 LSA will:

  • Demonstrate experience working with primary aged children, including those with SEN
  • Have a knowledge and understanding of Autism and ADHD
  • Embody patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs
  • Be resilient and calm when children display challenging behaviours
