We work with and support all divisions in the business and are the team behind all of the administration and compliance. We are the first port of call to our educators and are the friendly faces at reception. We cover all areas across administration, compliance, finance, superannuation and tax, timesheets, and company events and culture.

Hayley works as an Administration and Compliance Officer who enjoys working in a dynamic team and juggling a variety of tasks throughout the day. Previously Hayley lived and worked in a Canadian ski resort despite still not knowing how ski or board!
Phalla is one of our Administration and Compliance Officers in Collingwood. Phalla may not enjoy the early morning starts in Winter but finds the best part of her role involves breaking that professional barrier in which she gets to know clients/educators beyond their name. If Phalla could have any superpowers she would choose teleportation, she loves travelling but absolutely hates flying.
As an Administration and Compliance Officer, So gets to interact with all departments and aspects of anzuk - which is what he loves!
The areas we cover include being the first friendly face at reception and answering all initial enquiries over the phone. We assist with day to day school bookings as well as answering any phone call that rings out to the administration line. Other tasks include processing registration documents, final compliance checks, uploading timesheets for Early Childhood, processing payroll and superannuation, invoicing and ensuring the companies culture is strong through fortnightly breakfasts and handing out a Friday arvo beer (one of the most sort after tasks). On top of our day to day tasks we also pride ourselves on being available to assist with any ad-hoc task that might arise. These tasks can range from digital marketing, data entry, booking flights and accommodation and planning office events.
