Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the programming of your room
- Build strong relationships with the children and their families
- Observations and documentation for your focus group
- Deliver exciting and enriching learning experiences alongside your team
- Contribute to building upon community connections and events

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in Early Childhood settings
- A relationships-first philosophy
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood and delivering high-quality education practices
- Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
- Working With Children Check
- Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
