anzuk education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners.
Our client is an industry-leading kindergarten in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. This centre is committed to providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality educational curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Pedagogical Leadership: Mentor and support educators in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
- Professional Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for educators to enhance their teaching practices and stay abreast of industry best practices.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the educational program to ensure continuous improvement and positive learning outcomes.
- Family and Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships with families and the local community, fostering open communication and collaboration to support children’s holistic development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma of Children’s Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent (ACECQA-approved qualification).
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
