Position: Assistant OOSH Coordinator

Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood or Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in School Age Education and Care
Responsibilities: You will support the Centre Coordinator with the day to running of the center.
- You will lead the centre’s educational program.
- Way above ratio.
- You will mentor other staff in the centre.
- You will help with off the floor administrative tasks such as processing enrollments, processing fees.
- $34-40 per hour depending on qualification & experience.
- Excellent resources and facilities.
- You will oversee day-to-day operations in the absence of the centre coordinator.
Essential Criteria:
- Diploma in Early Childhood or Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in School Age Education and Care
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and My Time Our Place.
- Previous experience of working within OOSH is preferred.
- Previous experience working within a large centre is preferred
- Working with children card.
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications.
- You will feel comfortable mentoring junior staff members.
- You will have a strong passion for early childhood education.
- You will have a friendly and warm personality, and feel comfortable building relationships with new parents and the wider community.
