Position: Assistant Director

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood (NESA proficiency highly desired)
- Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Development and implementation of an exceeding educational programme

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- NESA Accreditation
- Working with children card
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
- Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
- Previous experience in a leadership position (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and passion

- NESA proficient accreditation
- Passion for community outreach projects
