The Centre
The centre is a hidden gem based in the western suburbs of Adelaide with vast amounts of natural outside space and rooms with floor to ceiling windows that flood with light. This extremely well resourced medium sized Centre provides a nurturing and welcoming family environment. Management is passionate about promoting a culture of equity and inclusion for their children, families and staff. The Opportunity
A rare position has become available for an Assistant Director to work closely with a highly supportive long standing management. With a strong focus on being hands on with the team in a coaching and mentoring capacity, your time will be spent working along side the Director as well as across all rooms to support and develop the team of educators. The Centre operates above ratio and pays very generously above award.
The Benefits
The Ideal Candidate
You will have had experience working as an Assistant Director or will be ready for a step up from your current role. You must have a Diploma in Children’s services or a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent.) In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and a genuine passion for working with children.
