The Centre:
Located just a short drive from Brisbane’s CBD, this esteemed center, which accommodates 75 children, is set to open soon. Renowned for its commitment to child-centered learning, our dedicated team prioritizes listening to children’s voices and fostering a supportive environment. Our purpose-built facility boasts excellent resources and ample natural light, creating an ideal space for young learners to thrive.

The Opportunity:
This full-time permanent role offers a unique opportunity to lead in a family owned centre. As Centre Director, you’ll enjoy autonomy and responsibility for cultivating a positive and collaborative culture alongside our enthusiastic educators. Working closely with the owner, you’ll have the freedom to implement your curriculum knowledge and inspire both children and educators. Who You’ll Be:

  • Experienced Leader: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director.
  • Skilled Communicator: Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to forge positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (or equivalent), First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification, WWCC or Blue Card.
  • Australian Work Rights: Right to work in Australia.
