The Opportunity
As the Area Manager you must have strong business acumen, be able to monitor and maintain financials as well as ensure legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. You will have experience with mentoring centre managers and their team, providing ongoing support to provide a high quality of care for the children and team. You will have experience with opening centres, supporting the growth of the team, as well as implementing strategies that are aligned with the company vision
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to monitor and maintain financials as well as ensure legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. You will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team to effectively accomplish company objectives. This entails establishing transparent goals, offering direction, and fostering enthusiasm among team members.

The Candidate
You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with 2+ years experience in multi-site management. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, in addition experience with supporting services with A+R and implementing Quality Improvement Plans.
