The Centre 

Our client is a highly regarded, not-for-profit centre near the Melbourne CBD.

They are renowned for their commitment to the local community, excellent educational program and fantastic staff culture.

There is public transport on doorstep of the service, so would suit somebody either on public transport or driving.

The Opportunity

The right candidate for this role will be a passionate and experienced Educator  who wants to progress their career within the centre. You will work alongside an experienced Room Leader and another Educator. You will collaborate with the program and documentation, developing a child focused program.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an extremely supportive centre where you will receive above award rates of pay and professional development.

The Candidate 

You will have a sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable talking to families. Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience within the early childhood sector.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;

  • Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services 
  • Working with children card
  • Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
