Essential Criteria:
- Diploma in Early Childhood
- Working with children card
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
- Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
- Previous experience with the Preschool age group (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and passion
Desirable Criteria:
- Passion for community outreach projects
