Second Early Childhood Teacher | Pre-kindy teacher

Position Overview: This is a second ECT role in the pre-kindy room, making it an ideal opportunity for someone currently studying towards their Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. The successful candidate will have the chance to work alongside a strong lead educator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the educational leader in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the assessment and documentation of children’s learning and development.
• Actively engage in professional development and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Support the lead educator in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Enrolled in or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• A passion for working with young children and promoting their holistic development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a co-teaching role.
