The ELC

This Leading Independent School located in the Hawthorn area of the leafy Eastern Suburbs presents a fantastic opportunity for an Educator to join a wonderful team. This “Exceeding” ELC has an unlimited supply of beautiful resources and additional space.

The Opportunity:

In your role as Early Childhood Teacher you will support your team of educators in creating an exceptional and personalised experience-based program and promote high quality educational experiences for the children in your care each day. 

The room operates over ratio, with 20 children in the funded 3 YO Kindergarten program.

Who are we looking for ?

To be considered for this position you will have:

• Ideally 3 years of teaching experience in ECE
• In depth knowledge of the VEYLF and NQS and a comprehensive understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Strong communication skills
• Contribute to the community
• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent 
• Current VIT registration
• Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
