ECT in Regional Victoria | $38- $45/hour | Set Shifts

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join the team and promote the implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach. As an ECT, you will play a vital role in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 3-5 years, encouraging their holistic development through a variety of learning styles and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Reggio Emilia approach, fostering an environment that values the child as an active participant in their own learning journey.
• Design and deliver a stimulating program that is accessible to all children, taking into account their individual strengths, interests, and developmental needs.
• Use a diverse range of resources, from wooden blocks to loose parts, to support children’s exploration, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Create a friendly, safe, and inviting atmosphere for children, families, and educators, building positive relationships and promoting a sense of belonging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or ACECQA equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• VIT
• Full working rights in Australia
• First Aids & CPR
