Position: Assistant Centre Director
Location: Lakemba

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood OR Diploma in Early Childhood or Certificate 3
Responsibilities: You will support the Centre Director with the day to running of the center, as well as general administrative tasks.
- You will lead the centre’s educational program.
- You will mentor other staff in the centre.
- You will manage centre operations in the absence of the director.
- You will help with off the floor administrative tasks such as processing enrollments, processing fees
- $30-45 depending on qualification & experience.
- Excellent resources and facilities
- Opportunity to become the Educational Lead also.
- You will help manage the centers email and lead tours of the service.
- You will oversee day-to-day operations in the absence of the centre director.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
- Working with children card.
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications.
- Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You will feel comfortable mentoring junior staff members.
- You will have a strong passion for early childhood education.
- You will have a friendly and warm personality, and feel comfortable building relationships with new parents and the wider community.
