anzuk Education are proud to be partnering with an exceeding privately owned centre located close to South Hurstville. Our centre is looking for a Nominated Supervisor to support the Approved provider who has 25 years experience in the Early Childhood sector in Sydney. 

The Opportunity

• 48 placed centre
• Nominated Supervisor position
• Open to 2IC’s/Experienced Room Leaders looking to step up to Nominated Supervisor
• Diploma / ECT qualification welcome to apply
• Off the floor position
• Full training provided with huge support from owner
• Paid professional development, CPR, accreditation costs
• $36-$50 per hour depending on experience
• 6 Weeks Annual Leave

The Centre
Picture an early childhood education environment designed for playful learning. Indoors, children engage in activities like block building and imaginative play. Outdoors, they explore a playground equipped with sandboxes, climbing structures, and a garden. Educators facilitate hands-on experiences, nurturing growth and social skills. It’s a space where curiosity thrives and children feel at home.

The Ideal Candidate
To apply for this role, you will have had experience working in a childcare centre as a Room Leader or 2IC and must have a bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Diploma qualification. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
