Special Education Needs settings

At anzuk, we are now the recruiter of choice to over 90% of Melbourne’s SEN schools, with a similar focus in future across our global locations. Our client schools cater for students with a range of intellectual, physical and emotional disabilities and have a strong focus on encouraging students to reach their individual potential.

You will often work with small class sizes, always feel well supported and be part of schools that promote a caring environment for students, parents and staff alike.

We look for compassionate, adaptable individuals who strive to always create exceptional experiences in education. Whether you’re a graduate teacher, experienced in SEN or have a background in caring for others, we’d love to hear from you!

SEN teaching assistants

We are proud to offer teaching assistant opportunities within primary, secondary or special educational needs (SEN) settings. If you have the passion, skills and experience to help children when they need it most, we'd love to hear from you.

Attendant carers and specailised program staff

Attendant carers offer personalised daily support, ensuring safety. Specialised program staff develop tailored educational plans, fostering inclusivity and maximizing potential in a supportive special needs school environment.

Degree qualified SEN specialist teachers

If you are a degree qualified teacher or a degree qualified SEN specialist teacher, we would love to hear from you.

Hear from
Natalie

I love being able to really support students and ensure that they’re accessing the curriculum and they’re getting the education that they deserve. It was a huge passion that I didn’t even know that I had, and now I wouldn’t change it for the world. I absolutely love my job. Sometimes the smallest win is a huge learning and we celebrate every single step.
