The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to work autonomously within an established and supportive service. As the Room leader, you will be responsible for the running of the Under 3’s room.
You will be rewarded with Above Sector Rates, fortnightly RDO, ongoing professional development and training and support from committee and management.
The Ideal Educator
You will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA assessed equivalent and present with a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to articulate its practical application.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking to parents. Ideally you will have had 2+ years’ experience as a room leader within the childcare industry.
